Shared access for business tools

One trusted way into the tools your company runs on.

EffiKey is being built as a shared access layer for business apps that need to stay separate, work together, and remain easy for owners and contractors to control.

Why it exists

Separate apps should not mean scattered access.

A company can have different tools for different jobs: safety, scheduling, delivery, reporting, crew records, and more. That does not mean every tool should become its own island with its own confusing access rules.

01 Keep apps separate

Each product can keep its own purpose, pricing, data, and future without being swallowed by the rest.

02 Make access understandable

Owners and contractors should know who can get in, what they can reach, and why.

03 Protect room to grow

EffiKey can support the broader Efficiency Eco-System without being trapped inside it.

How it should work

The app stays focused. EffiKey handles the front door.

When a user opens a connected app, that app can send them through EffiKey for sign-in. EffiKey verifies the person through a mature identity provider, then the app applies its own permissions and business rules.

This keeps the experience simple for the user while keeping the products independent enough to sell, bundle, transfer, or improve without tearing the whole system apart.

Open a company tool
Sign in through EffiKey
Verify identity with passkey-ready authentication
Return to the app with the right access
Keep billing, records, and permissions app-specific

Efficiency Eco-System

Connected by purpose, not handcuffed by structure.

EffiKey is intended to support a broader Efficiency Eco-System: practical tools that reduce repeated work, improve control, and help companies run cleaner operations. It can belong to that vision without being limited to one app, one contractor, or one industry.

What we should say

EffiKey can support the Efficiency Eco-System and any compatible business tool that needs cleaner access.

What we should avoid

EffiKey is not being positioned as only an EAS login, only a construction tool, or only one company's portal.

Security stance

Simple on the surface. Serious underneath.

EffiKey should use proven hosted identity infrastructure, passkeys/WebAuthn where supported, and server validation before any production app trusts a login. Device biometrics stay with the device; EffiKey should not collect face images or fingerprint templates.

  • One stable domain strategy before production enrollment.
  • App-scoped access instead of one giant all-or-nothing account.
  • Recovery, logout, revocation, and audit decisions made before launch.

Working-stage roadmap

What this website is meant to do right now.

01 Name the idea

Explain EffiKey clearly enough that an owner or contractor understands why it matters.

02 Make it feel real

Show the brand, the flow, and the access concept before the full product is activated.

03 Protect the future

Keep EffiKey tied to the ecosystem by purpose, not locked to one product or provider.

04 Choose the build path

Select the identity provider, final login domain, test devices, and first real app connection.
